Majda Baltic is the CEO and Founder of Majda’s Touch Insurance®, Insurance DIBS®, Digitized Agency® in a Box, DIBS Toolbox®, SupHerHuman™, ScaleMate VA™ and Sour Insurance™ — a visionary entrepreneur who transformed survival into strategy.

A refugee of the Yugoslavian genocide, Majda immigrated to the U.S. at age nine. 

Her early life was marked by instability, working from age 14, and navigating a fractured family. 

She turned those hardships into grit, resilience, and an unshakable drive to build.

That drive carried her into the male-dominated insurance world, where she not only broke through — she rewrote the rules. Majda has:
